"I lived in this building for 2 years - moved to the mainland and moved back in 5 years later. It is well maintained with managers onsite that are very helpful and available seven days a week. "Wooden floor construction means that every step and movement is heard in the aptment below ( some people have moved withing the building 4 times trying to get a quiet apartment) floors are unlevel, windows don't shut properly and the "free hot water" can be anywhere from boiling to mearly warm."
