"came 20 mins before closing time and the doc was getting on her bike to leave. asked her to look at my crying 8 yr old girl but she sniped were closed. I said the book and voice message say open till 3, we came from across town and you are supposed to be open till 3 pm. She sniped again, were closed. WHAT KIND OF SO CALLED DOCTOR TURNS A CRYING 8 YEAR OLD..."
