"we've been there twice.The first time they had no beef for whoppers ect (thought we were on one of those commercials then just relized how badly run the resturant must be) the over all look of the place was dirty and they got what i did order (steakhouse burger) WRONG. Tonight my husband went through the drive thru. They had no ketchup to start with..."

"I entered the rest room upon arrival and found it to be discusting. This is supposed to be the place to clean up prior to eating. I felt dirtier after I left the room then before I arrived. I told a young lady about it and she sent someone in there to check it. Apparently they thought it was adequate because the restroom was even worse when I went to wash..."

From no ice in drinks to half the order missing from my bag and having to return for a sub part product (Cold or prepared like they are blind)!
