If something doesn't work, customer service has always been prompt at sending you a replacement. This has happened to me only once though. For the most part all, I have not had any issues with any of the items I've ordered. Ever since I started ordering from this site, I have stopped visiting adult store. I felt kind of awkward going in by myself every time and now all I have to do is click on something I like and it ships to my house.
